The Foundations Training I've completed with Roy has been fantastic for Red Box. Nick Pilgrim is the Managing Director of CineRobota; a Stoke on Trent based video company that specialises in corporate videos and animations to help businesses to explain, train and sell their brand, products and services.

Nick started off with our Foundations Training in 2016 and said, "Foundations totally reshaped the way I sold to clients and new prospects". He then progressed straight onto Sales Mastery and enjoys the weekly support from other members of the group as well as learning how to grow his business and tackle any challenges he may be facing as a small business owner. 

Since starting on your training program, I now see the overwhelming importance of it. My team are my greatest asset and it is essential that I manage them correctly. Roy, you have taught me how to see things through my staff's eyes, how to get to the bottom of why they actually come to work and how to listen attentively, asking the right questions to make them actually change their thinking and move up to the next level. Not only are my staff working so much more efficiently but my own thinking and handling of internal challenges is so much clearer and calmer. I suppose I could say you have supplied me with a life skills kit because the learning is definitely applicable across multiple scenarios. What's more my stress levels in handling staff conflicts has totally disappeared because I know how to talk to employees in the way that suits them and creates calmer working.

Jonathan Pepper

I have recently completed the Sandler Foundations course with Roy Johnson. I recently attended Roy Johnson's 'Getting Past The Gatekeeper' course. Using the backing of Sandler, Roy brings both expert sales advice and encouragement. Roy is authentic and honest in his approach to sales training and takes a clear, straight talking approach. The result of the course was a new found confidence to approach cold calling in a new, bold and different way - and a reminder to be wary of taking selfies with wildlife (you'll have to go on the course to find out more about that!)
